Setup Outlook for iPhone and Android

To install and set up Outlook for iPhone and Android, follow these steps:

Note: The email address will be in the format firstname.lastname@grace.church. If your password does not work or you do not know your password, please contact IT support by emailing support@grace.church or texting or calling (952)-224-3015.

For iPhone:

Open the App Store on your iPhone and search for "Microsoft Outlook." Tap on the "Get" button to download and install the app.
After installation, tap on the Outlook icon to launch the app.
The first time you open Outlook, you'll be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account. Enter your email address and password, then tap "Sign In."
Allow Outlook to access your email, calendar, and contacts when prompted. These permissions are necessary for the app to function properly.

For Android:

Open the Google Play Store on your Android device and search for "Microsoft Outlook." Tap on the "Install" button to download and install the app.
After installation, tap on the Outlook icon to launch the app.
When you open Outlook for the first time, you'll be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account (the same email address you use for Office 365 or Outlook.com). Enter your email address and password, then tap "Sign In."
Allow Outlook to access your email, calendar, and contacts when prompted. These permissions are necessary for the app to function correctly.
