Changing Your Voicemail Pin Sign in with your grace credentials at https://pbx.grace.church/ucp/ with your username in the format of FirstName.LastName Click on Voicemail in the menu bar on the left-hand side, then open Settings in the next pane of options. You may change your pin under the Voicemail Pin field. Please keep in mind that you cannot use your 4-digit extension number as your pin. If it is set to you extension, you will be unable to access your voicemail inbox.
